Front Entry: Turn Key left, HOLD and Push. Once insde,use the same key for the door on the left. Turn the key right, hold and pull the door open. Knobs WILL NOT turn. Make your way to the 3rd floor use other key with the LOWER LOCK, turn right and push door open. Back Entry Door to the Building: Turn key to the left for top bolt lock and bottom lock on the door knob.

GARAGE CODE 1964

There are 3 'non-designated' spaces---2 in the garage and 1 next to the garage. If parking in the garage, please leave space for a 2nd vehicle. ONLY 1 space per apartment rented. Garage will fit a standard size SUV. Anything larger will need to go on the street with parking permits. Alternatively, you can purchase a 2nd off street space for $40 Night

The date of the evening you'll be on the street | 5:00 (no matter what time you arrive) Circle 'pm' | Peel off the white portion of the pass and a dhere to the inside lower right corner of the windshield. NOTE: You can put all the passes in at the same time

NO SMOKING

There is no smoking within 15' of the building. Ashtrays are provided on the back patio.

TRASH

Please, I BEG OF YOU! Do NOT leave trash on the back porches (bugs!) or in the back yard (rodents!) The trash cans are in the alley next to the garage.

Find Hulu icon in the Roku menu. This is for 'LIVE STREAMING TV' --- Menu is at the top of the TV 'click Live' and then use the arrow down to see the channels. Hulu also has it's own movie channels.

THE NIGHT BEFORE

Check out time is at 11am unless other arrangements have been made. Please drop me a text the night before you leave to let me know what time you'll be checking out so I can schedule the cleaning crew accordingly.

LEFT OVER FOOD

We HATE to waste food, so feel free to leave it (with the exception of prepared foods) and the cleaning crew will take what they want and dispose of the rest.

SIDE NOTE

It would be most appreciated if you would start the dishwasher and put a load of towels in the wash before you leave.

GARBAGE

Remove all of your garbage and place in the trash cans located behind the garage.
