All Cancellations MUST be presented in writing via email or fax (773) 348-2789.

DEPOSIT less $50 booking fee will be refunded only if cancellation is recieved prior to balance due date on contract.
NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations occurring after the balance due date on the signed lease agreement.
EXCEPTIONS: Holidays and / or Special Events may require a non-refundable deposit.

Off Street Parking OR Street Parking Permit will be provided for each vehicle.
Off Street Space will accommodate a standard size vehicle or small SUV.
Guests arriving with over-sized vehicles will be required
to park on the street.
